VEGETABLE BOUILLON CUBES 88g

A selection of condiments from the Mediterranean tradition. Extra virgin olive oils: 100% Italian, made with olives grown in the best olive-growing areas of southern Italy and the DOP region of Bari. Made from the Ogliarola Barese and Coratina varieties, it is especially fruity, with a slightly spicy, bitter aftertaste. Vegetable broth cubes, glutamate free, are made from a balanced mix of vegetables and sea salt. Apple vinegar is made from the juice of apples from the valleys of Piedmont. The balsamic vinegar is made with the must of grapes from Emilia and aged in barrels of noble wood. The line is completed with lemon juice from fresh Sicilian lemons.
